Sam understands that selling a business is one of the most important financial and personal decisions an owner will make, and she is committed to making the process clear, efficient, and successful.
Sam specializes in lower middle market businesses across industrial and construction services, manufacturing, distribution, staffing, and business services. She partners closely with owners to prepare their companies for market, craft compelling positioning, run confidential sale processes, and negotiate strong outcomes with both strategic and financial buyers.
Sam has successfully advised on and closed transactions across the technology, manufacturing, and construction services sectors, working with both founder-led and family-owned businesses. Her experience across these industries enables her to navigate complex transactions and deliver outcomes aligned with her clients’ financial and personal goals.
Before joining Western M&A Advisory, Sam built her career in technology sales, executive recruiting, and startup growth, supporting founders and executives with scaling organizations and building high-performing teams. That experience gives her a practical perspective on what drives buyer interest and how to position a business for a successful transition.
Samantha earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She is known for her energy, responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout every transaction.
